WHITE MOUNTAIN ADVENTURE VIII
Strenuous Hike - Hike into Mizpha hut on Friday night via the Crawford trail, stay in Mizpha Friday with Group # 1 and # 2. Depart Saturday morning toward Lakes of the Clouds stopping in to re-water briefly. Continue on down into the Great Gulf via the Alpine Garden and Buttress trails. Along the way, if weather permits, take a crack at Huntington’s Ravine then continue on to the Madison hut. On Sunday, depart Madison hut via the Gulfside trail (high ridge) over Thunderstorm Junction: Mt. Adams: Mt. J.Q. Adams: Mt. Jefferson: Mt Clay: Mt. Washington and finally into Lakes of the Clouds. On Monday depart Lakes hike down to Cog/Coach parking area and meet up with group # 1.
